Premium Bookkeeping
Premium Bookkeeping
This is not bookkeeping that only tidies the ledger. A report every quarter lets you see where the business is heading and prepare for the tax before it arrives.
Quarterly report (sales · purchases · projected tax)
Tax-saving strategy built around your business
Latest tax and property updates
Payroll and social insurance handled together
Learning the number at filing time is too late
Many owners find out what they owe only as the deadline approaches. By then there is no time to set the cash aside and little that can be done. Knowing quarter by quarter changes that. You can build the payment up in instalments, and you can shift the timing of spending to bring the burden down.
The quarterly report
Four pages each quarter, sent by KakaoTalk. You can ask about anything in the same thread.
Quarterly summary
Where the quarter landed and what the full year is projected to look like, on one page. Sales and profit, the VAT and income tax you will owe, and the reliefs you qualify for.
Sales
Month-by-month sales set against the same months last year, your five largest customers, and the mix of tax invoices and card receipts behind them.
Purchases
What you spent and where, month by month, with your five largest suppliers. Purchases as a share of sales show whether cost is getting heavier or lighter.
Evidence · expenses
Whether proper evidence was obtained, what is missing, and the penalty that would follow. Expenses are listed largest first, so the weight is obvious.
Payroll and social insurance are included
We handle withholding tax filings, enrolment and withdrawal for the four social insurances, and the annual reconciliation. You do not need an HR person, and you do not need to work any of it out yourself.
Only the changes that affect you
Tax law changes every year. You do not need to follow all of it. We pick out what actually bears on your industry and the assets you hold, and send you that. If you own property, we track the changes there too.
